400y old farmhouse, valuably renovated, for groups up to 10 people (on demand more); autenthentically cabin experience, well equipped for self-catering; ideal for family reunions, retreats with friends, special workshops and co-working. Near Munich and Innsbruck; 15 min. to famous Achensee Sports Region with plenty of summer and winter activities; cross-country, biking and hiking trails pass the house; next to local inn yard; free parking and WIFI. Hardly to believe that such a gem is so near!

"Basecamp", Alpincenter Rofan

Fantastischer, unverbauter Bergblick, Natur und wohltuende Ruhe erwarten dich hier. Ab und zu schauen Füchse, Gämsen, Hirsche und Hasen im Garten vorbei – ein Paradies für Naturliebhaber! Bei uns gibt es keinen Fernseher – wer fernsehen will, muss einfach aus dem Fenster schauen, dort läuft eindeutig das beste Programm. Dafür gibt es freies WLAN. In unserem Dorf, mit gerade einmal 282 Einwohnern, herrscht noch eine Bilderbuchidylle, wie man sie sonst nur aus Geschichten und Heimatfilmen kennt.

Living in the garden - our 90 sqm apartment on the 1st floor offers panoramic views of a beautiful landscape. The house is overlooking the idyllic Reither Lake in a colorful garden with lots of herbs and flowers. If you want to go for a walk or hike, you can just leave your car (private parking). You can walk from us to the lake, the lift and the ski slopes, the Hildegard of Bingen-Garten, the tennis court and the bike rental in minutes. Tourist tax 2 €pP/T

The farm "Köcken" is a farm of the Moser family. The village center is minutes away by car and the property has great views of a mountain panorama. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you. The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was rebuilt in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, tobogganing, touring, snowshoeing.
