Fantastic apartment in a great location opposite a beautiful park! The city has plenty of great things to offer and being able to come back to such a nice apartment every evening was a joy. Highly recommend.

This is a modern studio flat in a developing neighborhood with interesting historic flavor. Maciek & Beata provided helpful maps & tourist brochures, as well as all the necessities for maintaining a warm fire in the wood-burning stove. I had a lovely experience despite the unusually cold weather.

What a lovely and cosy studio! Based in a location not too far from the centre and public transport. Very clean and warm, which was just what we needed after arriving in the pouring rain! Maciek was a fantastic host. He was there to welcome us and to see us off, even helped us with our suitcases. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the place to anyone wanting to visit Lodz.

Very special and unique place located within 100 acres of post industrial area, called Ksiezy Mlyn - one of the biggest textile factory of 19th century built by Karl Wilhelm Scheibler between 1830 and 1900 ts. The scale of the complex, which is in the process of revitalization, is overwhelming and contains wide spectrum from buildings restored to an incredibly high standard, to ruins and abandoned areas. Maciek's atelier is located in heritage worker's building converted to art gallery/art workshop/Airbnb studio. The vibes of surrounding streets and courtyards are like museum from the past, including local people living in the neighbourhood. The atelier itself is spacious, comfortable, nicely renovated and decorated with the artist attention. Very clean, well equipped and has real fireplace for guests enjoyment during gloomy and cold days. We loved the experience, will do it again and see the progress of Ksiezy Mlyn revitalization. An absolutely marvellous place - cosy, stylish, bright. Located in a calm authentic area just opposite one of the city parks. Macek welcomed us very nicely and gave valuable advice on what to see in the area. It was a really warm stay. Highly recommend!!!

Ewelina and her husband were amazing. We found ourselves in Kielce after a long drive from Gdansk and there was no accommodation available due the town having a special event. It was after 10pm and they were very accommodating, set the apartment up quickly and even took us to the closest shops so we could get something to eat. The apartment was modern, clean and in a central location with secure parking. There was even a bottle of wine in the fridge!

Her sister was really helpful and nice :) I had to go home at 9 am and it wasn't any problem for her to come. The apartment looks just like in the photos and is in the quiet neighbourhood. There was everything I needed, so I didn't have to worry about stuff like coffee or sugar, which are important for me. I honestly recommend that offer.

I stayed in the apartment for two months, the location was perfect literally on Piotrkowska street, about 5min to the bars and restaurants, 5min from galleria, 15min from Manufactura. The apartment had plenty of room with a dishwasher and washing machine. The neighbours where great no problems from them and don't hear a sound. The apartment itself is really safe it has a gated entrance that you have a key fob for and You can park your car right outside the door of the building in a private car park for the building really convenient. The new tram station was almost built when i was leaving so trams and bus's are less then 5min from the front door. Over all its a 10/10 i really couldn't fault the the place and Magda is so nice and helpful would really recommend staying here.

It was my second time staying in Magda's apartment, Magda as always, very friendly, helpful and very responsive. The apartment was equipped with everything which are essential while travelling. The location was great, very close to restaurants and Galeria. This apartment will always be my first choice when visiting Lodz.

The apartment is modern and fully equipped. The location is great, just in the middle of the center, although is very quiet. Everything was very clean and cozy, just like the description. We had a great time in this amazing flat. Amazing because so close to Piotrkowska St and to OFF Piotrkowska with its International Photo Festival, and one couldn't hear a sound at night. It was tidy, well suited for two people. Maybe the bed could be larger but the additional mattress helped a lot. Thank you, Maadz. :-)

Piotr was a great host, met us at the apartment as agreed and showed us around, explaining how everything worked and talking us through the local neighbourhood and places to visit. The apartment is very large - our party of 2 adults and 3 children had plenty of space all week. The apartment is well located to access the main street in Lodz and we found it pretty easy to get around using Uber, cabs or trams.

Highly recommended. We stayed for three nights and would come again. The flat is clean and spacious as well as conveniently located. We were also well looked after by Piotr at check-in and check-out. He is very helpful and enjoys providing any kind of information on Lodz.

We had a great stay in Piotr's apartment. It is located very centrally just off Piotrkowska street with all it's bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. There are some handy deli's and bakerys next door to it and a police station across the road. The apartment itself is huge and well maintained and has a really nice atmosphere. Piotr looked after us well, welcomed us with some useful information about Lodz and the surrounding areas. It is an apartment which we will definitely use again.

The appartment was really spacious and very well equipped. There was everything we could think of. The host was great, outgoing and caring, great contact. We stayed for a weekend, but we would like to come back again. We felt like home. The kitchen was great for breakfast for a group of friends. And the location was really nice, close to Piotrkowska street and good connection to public transport. We were very happy because the beds were really comfortable, nice materraces ;)

We spent New Years Eve at Piotr apartment with 10 people and had a great stay. The apartment is awesome, we felt very comfortable and loved the nice and cozy kitchen with the oven. Perfect, central and safe. Towering ceilings - quirky deaign makes this a rare find in otherwise (still) plane Airbnb Lódź offering. It is a boutique flat with modern, upkept facilities (ever so needed in winter months). We we're very well looked after by the host, Mila. Recommend for couples, families and business visits.

Mila is a very nice person, absolutely easy to communicate. Her appartament is very comfortable and located in the strategic position, right in a center of the city, close to shops, caffes, city information center and public transport. The appartament is on the pedestrian zone area so it is also very quite. I can warmly recommend to everybody who love exciting accommodation in an old house with a special atmosphere!

Great flat. Everything you need is provided and the location is fantastic. Just a short walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Adam was a great help throughout the process.

This is a wonderful apartment! It has a great oven and stove, fridge, freezer, and washer dryer combo. The kitchen has an excellent variety of cooking equipment. The bathroom is great and the shower is very nice, although it should be noted that the bathroom door is not entirely opaque which, with the entryway mirrors situated as they are, might be a problem if you aren't close with your traveling companions. I would come back here for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at Adam's flat. It was well-localised, neat, clean and well-furnished. Communication with Adam was great and he let us stay until late afternoon hours as we had transport at this time. It was a great stay and we will definitely recommend him and come back. And the best thing - we enjoyed colourful led lights while listening to the music, amazing! :)

This apartment was ideal for a weekend break! It was spacious, clean and had all necessary amenities. It was located in an old building which personally I think gave it a special Lodz like touch. The kitchen was very well equipped to make a proper meal. The TV wasn't working but that was fine because I was there for relax and leisure purposes, besides the host told us that they were in the process of fixing the channels. It was on a street a minute walk from the main tourist area which is Piotrkowska street. The cleanliness and modern feel of this apartment was amazing, I truly recommend this place! even more perfect when visiting in 2 people.

The apartment is located right in the center of Lodz and is very convenient both for walking down the central area and taking public transport to other places. Anna's flat is spotless, one of the best air b&b places I've stayed. It's not that central, but taxis in Lodz are not expensive and this is an extremely comfortable place to stay. Paulina organised a perfect breakfast too - thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay at Anna's place. The response was prompt and efficient. Although, we arrived late in the evening we were warmly greeted and offered a breakfast option. The apartment was very modern, spacious, clean and tidy. There is a private parking available in the underground car park. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom comes with both bath and shower option and there are to sinks so no waiting after one another in the morning. Leaving the place was very convenient and we had no problems with returning the keys. I would also like to point out a huge bonus, which is a late check-out time. We would highly recommend Anna's place to anyone who will treat her home as their own and can appreciate a bright and lovely open plan apartment. Thank you very much for having us! The apartment's position is extremely convenient. Anton was very kind and he welcomed me right when I needed. Even though the host is very discrete, there is not much privacy cause the room has no door. All in all an excellent solution for that price.

The appartment of Mike was in a quite nice location near to the center of the city Lodz. Though there is a big street in front of the appartment there is no noise in the flat and you have good connections to public transport. The communication with Mike was easily and quite quick. He is a very nice and courteous host. The appartment was absolutely great and it was a perfect stay in Lodz. Its very clean with towels in the bethroom and a full equipped kitchen. TV and Wifi were totally perfect and it was a very nice split level for sleeping in the appartment. Very nice stay and i can absolutely recommend the appartment and Mike as your host.

Very good welcome form Mike! There were all you need in the flat and the description of the flat was the same when we arrived in it! All was good, I recommend Mike as host!

It is a small place but very comfortable, very quiet and it's perfect for couples. It has a very good wifi and a complete kitchen. Mike is very helpful if you need something he hasn't any problem to solve it as soon as possible.

Mike is a very nice host. The kommunikation with him was very good. The flat has one small but very nice room wich had almost everything we needed! The only minus point was that the matresses are far to thin so i (90 kg) recognised every single board of the slatted frame and sleept therefore not very well.

The place is nice an cozy. It's located in a very nice new complex of buildings in a very quiet area. In the same time the location is close ( ~15 mins walk ) to the central street with all the nightlife. Bartosz is a very welcoming host and speaks great English. I would be glad to stay here again if I come back to Lodz.
