Holiday cottage 35m2, wooden, single-family (up to 5 people) located in a quiet countryside on the sidelines. Good access to the sea - about 10 minutes to the beach (e.g. Pogorzelica, Niechorze, Rewal). Comfortable and comfortably equipped: living room (2), bedroom (2), mezzanine 16 m2 (as an additional bedroom for 2), kitchen, bathroom. Large terrace with roof. Garden furniture, TV, wi-fi, parking. There are only two cottages on the premises. Common recreational area, i.e. playground, hammocks, sandpit. Around the green, peace and quiet.

The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back, plus garden. Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Comfortable, 2-room, well-equipped apartment on the second floor with a terrace, side sea view and parking space in the underground garage. It is located directly at the descent to the beach.
