We designed this to be the ski house we always wanted to rent. A library with a fireplace for slowing down. A game room, hot tub, and fire pit for staying up. A 86" TV and huge sectional for movie nights. A kitchen designed for big meals together. A loft for kids to claim or adults to escape. We sweated the details too, with 4 bathrooms, 2 sets of laundry, boot dryers, and thermostats in every room. Only 5 minutes to Killington resort. *Exterior siding to be finished in spring. Welcome to Bear-varia! A Bavarian themed chalet in the heart of Killington. Close to everything with a great location off the access road by the market. Perfect for friends and families with plenty of space to spread out. Inside there's a fireplace, TV with Roku and fast internet. Also, an area for gaming with a second TV with Nintendo, a PacMan arcade game and plenty of board games to make memories and connect. Outside, there is a large yard and outdoor dining, fire pit and frisbee golf!

A spacious wooden deck is featured, equipped with a large patio table and six chairs. A hot tub is positioned nearby, surrounded by trees. Large sliding doors offer access to the interior, allowing natural light to fill the space.

Located off East Mountain Road, on a secluded dead end street, just minutes from your choice of the Killington base lodges. There is access to a ski/hiking trail at the end of our street (1/2 mile from the house), and we're surrounded by hiking and biking trails. The house is great for large groups and families, as there are 2 separate living areas (kids like to hang out in the lower family room with large screen TV and games). Very strong and fast internet. Now with AC for summer getaways!

We have full weeks available upon request at a substantial discount. Killington Mtn is 1.4 miles away, so the Sports Park is an easy drive. The area offers skiing, snowboarding, tubing, hiking, biking, kayaking, ATVing, PLUS two excellent golf courses nearby. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. The house is casual and comfortable, located on a quiet dirt road with nice views of the valley from the upstairs and deck. There is a HOT TUB and SAUNA and linens included.
