Fully remodeled home in 2024. Quiet place to stay located in a prime neighborhood. New large patio installed in 2026. Our home is ready for guests to visit and see all the great spots Ruidoso has to offer or just sit back and relax on the porch enjoy the weather! Minutes from all the shopping and dining you could want. NO pets allowed. NO smoking indoors. There are multiple steps to get into the house so it is not ADA accessible. 25+ age required to book and stay.

central A/C and heating! its clean, cozy, and family friendly. What more could you want? Well maybe a hot tub and fire place, (we have those) A tv in every room? we think you should have that too! Close to town? less than a mile away on a paved road no less. Swing on the porch, breathe in the mountain air and you will feel like new. For the mamas we've got you covered, pack n play, high chair, toys and games for the kids and plenty for the grown "kids" to do!

Our completely remodeled cabin is located in “Old Ruidoso”. It’s walking distance to Midtown and a short drive to Grindstone Lake, Ski Apache and Ruidoso Downs Race Track. We have a grill on our back deck with a seating area plus a hot tub in the back yard. Our front deck has a 2 person porch swing where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. As frequent Airbnb guests we feel we have provided a great place for you to stay.
