Distances: 2km to the center, restaurants with Dalmatian delicacies, coffee bars, promenades, markets. 3 km to Airport, 8km to Trogir and 18km to Split city.

Comes with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully eqipped kitchen with a dining area, bathroom with great shower, barbecue facilities, garage(1 car) , flat-screen TV in every room and free wi-fi. Offers a big terrace with open sea view on surrounding islands. Diving can be enjoyed nearbly. Trogir is 5 km away and Split airport 8 km from the acommodation.

Private villa with a heated pool and views of the Bay of Kastel and the archipelago of Split, which is located in Rudine (Kastela). The villa and the gardens are completely closed and private so you can enjoy complete privacy. Far from the crowd, but close. The large heated pool with massage is created for enjoyment. There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.

Smještaj je udaljen 10km od Trogira i 20km od Splita. Najbliža plaža udaljena je 3km, supermarket 1km ,a najbliža zračna luka je Zračna luka Split, udaljena 5km od objekta.

There is a large terrace where you can enjoy meals or evening gatherings. During your stay, you can use the pool or a special facility with a barbecue and seating area. The pool is not heated and it is shared with other guests.

Cijeli objekt je okružen maslinama uz mnogo zasađenog mirisnog dalmatinskog bilja. Gostima je na raspolaganju sve što im treba za kvalitetan odmor. U blizini se nalaze veliki gradovi Kaštela, Trogir (Unseco) i Split (Unesco) sa prekrasnim plažama, šetnicama i noćnim životom.

It is a comfortable base for exploring the nearby cities of Split, Trogir and Kaštela Riviera. The true refreshments from the summer heat can be found in our swimming pool. The whole property is situated on the ground floor so it is suitable for people with disabilities and children.
