Welcome to our nice, smoke-free and allergy-friendly guesthouse in central Sunne. The house was built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fresh, ironed bed linens and towels are included in the stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a south-facing wooden deck with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass areas for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Short detour from the 45 and you are in a quiet residential area surrounded by wonderful nature. The house is a cozy and cozy holiday home. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and there is also a barbecue area, greenhouse, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. One large glassed-in patio is located on the back of the house. Four-legged guests are also welcome and there is also a dog yard. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and shower/wc basement. The kitchen is fully equipped, possibility to fire in wood stove, fireplace. A unique and different cottage with a large porch. Self-catering with about 75 sqm living space. There is no public transport here so you need your own car. Distance: Fryken 2 km, Ski Sunne 13 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park, Västanå theater and golf course 8 km.
