The house is installed with ventilation system with micro filter. the hot tub is equipped with large heater. On the ground floor there is table tennis , extra kitchen, projector 100" with TV connected programs.

There is a large park-like garden of about 16,000 m2, where you can go for a walk, walk with dogs and the children can play. There are many cozy nooks in the garden.
