Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

Wood-fired sauna included! Experience the luxury of nature and simplicity. Just a hundred metres from the lake, surrounded by trees, lies your cottage. A place to just relax or hang out with no requirements. Take a morning swim in the lake or sit and cozy up in front of the wood stove. By the lake there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can use freely. It's a special experience you don't want to miss. Tiveden National Park with its easily accessible and wild nature is a popular excursion destination we really recommend. We are happy to advise you about tours.

Newly built house + sauna, right by the lake

Cozy little house, 10 meters from the lake, 10 minutes outside Nora. Balcony, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and rowboat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock on the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with a new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors facing the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away.

Rural cottage in a western location right by the water

Simple cottage located in an idyllic setting, right on the lake Alkvettern. Equipment: simple grill, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, kitchen utensils, 4 proper beds, 2 simple beds in bunk beds for children, plenty of seating available. Fireplace/wood stove not in use. The cabin has electricity, but no running water/sewer. There is a 25L canister you can fill with fresh water nearby. Toilet about 200 meters away. There are hiking trails, beach, café, mini golf, etc. Good fishing.

Sjöboden, lake house by Lake Vänern

Unique maritime accommodation. Here you have the opportunity to stay in a maritime museum right next to Vänern's beach with its own patio and swimming facilities just a few meters from the property. Larger sandy beach is about 200 meters away. Fantastic views of the inlet to Kristinehamn. Boat ramp just below the house. Walking distance along Vålösundet to several restaurants and cafés. Only a couple of kilometers to the city center with even more restaurants and shops. Welcome to this unique lake cabin.

Newly-equipped house with its own bay and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

Med bara 30 meters avstånd till sjön kan du njuta av en fantastisk utsikt och enkel tillgång till vår privata brygga. Gälleråsen

Rural accommodation 10 minutes outside Karlskoga. 1 km to Gälleråsen motor racing circuit 10 minutes to Lunnedet, where you'll find a lovely swimming area, mini golf and a cosy café. Several other swimming and fishing spots are easily accessible by car. Guests are responsible for cleaning, taking out the rubbish and leaving the house in the same condition as it was on arrival. Alternatively, there is an additional cost for cleaning of SEK 1,000.

Bed linens and towels are always included in our guest house! With views of both Lake Vänern and the forest. Below the house, there is the possibility of swimming, barely 500 meters to Skymningen swimming area. Barbecue area with benches and tables located down by the lake. Also a boat ramp below the plot. Walking & cycling trails to Kristinehamn's pride, the Picasso sculpture! Approximately 3.5 km to the city center.

Varmt välkommen till Spelbo! Huset ligger vid sjön Norrmogen. Sjön i söderläge och i norr den milsvida skogen. Sovplatser på övervåningen: en dubbelsäng. Fri tillgång till vedeldad bastu. I Ramsberg (9 km) finns en populär obemannad matbutik! Hoppas att ni ska njuta av vistelsen på denna enkla och stillsamma plats!
