The Cervera cottage

Cervera de Pisuerga. Great urban house in the heart of the Palentina Mountain. It has 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen/living room (with sofa bed) and a full bathroom. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a 150x200 bed and the other with a 80x200 sofa bed that can be converted into a 160x200 bed. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Centrally located, 200 metres from schools and a medical centre, and 50 metres from Plaza Mayor and supermarkets. Recently renovated with everything new, pellet hydro-stove heating.

Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.
