My husband and I have lived in Asheville nearly 20 years. We love our little city and sharing it with travelers. Mike is the director of a local bicycle non profit, Asheville on Bikes and I work in the medical field. We enjoy riding bikes, cooking on the Webber, negotiating with a fierce 4 year old, and hanging out with friends. By far, our favorite way to travel and see new places is by bicycle. We have often stayed in private homes while bike touring and we've always appreciated this more personal experience of a place and hope to extend the same warmth to our guests.
