All the comforts of home from a three bedroom, third floorVictorian apartment. You will have your own private rooftop lounge in downtown Galveston in a private apartment that comfortably sleeps 7 people. It's a 30 sec walk to great resturants and bars! Families, groups, couples, extra people, everyone is welcome!

The space

Everyone wants to rent here permanently. But they can't. But you can!!!

Guest access

You will have your own private rooftop lounge. The apartment does have a full kitchen with a keurig coffee maker. I like to buy purified water and coffee for my guests.

Interaction with guests

This is a private apartment with its own entrance from the street. You probably won't see me too much, but if you or your guests need anything at all, I completely want to make the stay in Galveston as nice as possible. So please call me.

Other things to note

This apartment is on the third floor of a commercial building. It provides for a great view, but there are 28 or so stairs to the top. So if this is any type of accessibly issue, then this may not be the place for you. On a positive note, All my rooms have really nice memory foam beds. I also have a water cooler I fill with purified water from the grocery store. I like to put coffee in the kitchen for my guests as well.

No smoking inside. This place does have a great roof to go smoke on though. No pets. No prom parties. No house parties. I do want everyone to have their family, friends and guests over and enjoy themselves till the late hours. But if you don't plan on sleeping at all, then this isn't the right place for you.

Justin and his wife Anya were both great with communication. As we were coming in a few days after Hurricane Harvey, Justin made sure we could access the location from the airport. Then, when we arrived, Anya was more than helpful in welcoming us and giving tips and info on the area. The place itself is a little dated, and there are some aspects of the apartment/area that may scare others off. BUT it is a value - especially when considering what 3 rooms una hotel would cost. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was window units, etc but worked great. As others mentioned there is I shower, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

We wanted to take our parents and We wanted to take my husband's parents and our son's to the coast for the weekend while the "-rents" were in town from Chicago! Justin's place was perfect for all of us! It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The main room was a bit warm in the beginning due to the beautiful huge windows but if you keep all the doors closed and allowed the rooms personal air conditioner to circulate, it was actually very comfortably cool in there! The kitchen area that leads you to the stairs can also get warm but if you keep THAT door closed the kitchen will feel amazing in the Texas humidity. Justin was very informative and easy to get a hold of! He even greeted us upon arrival! I would come back again with our family!
