´Casa Marina´ is situated just behind the church in the old town. Two floors (with a total of about 70 m2), 3 bedrooms and a pittoresque little terrace in front. Less then 5 minutes from bakery, minimarket and main square. Very close to climbing crags (No Reg. Turísmo VT-35939-V).
The house is situated behind the church in a little alley. It has a lovely little terrace next to the front door where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the sun. The house has two floors. Downstairs you'll find an open kitchen-living with some comfortable sofa's. The small but neat bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin is also situated on the ground floor. The three bedrooms are upstairs. They are all very light and two of then have little balconies. The rooms have a double bed, a single bed and two singles respectively. There´s a separate entrance to a downstairs storeroom.
Guests have free acces to the whole house, including the store room where they can find the washing machine.
Interaction with guests
The host, Marina, lives in the alley directly below the house and will always be available for information and inside tips. Marina will welcome you upon arrival and help you find everything you need. As a very active climber and hiker, she can also inform you about all the newest climbs and tours in the area.
Other things to note
Living behind the church means you live in one of the most authentic and well kept zones of the village. The alley where the house is situated is traffic free, child friendly, tidy and full of flowers. You will hear the church bells ring in the morning to call the neighbours to mass (around 9.00-9.30).
There are several climbing and hiking possibilities at walking disctance. The largest climbing area (Oasis, Balcon, Cañaveral) is a 15 minutes drive or 50 minutes walk away.
You can´t park in front of the house, but there are parkings just above the village square (a five minutes walk away) and at the entrances to the village (10 minutes away).

Nothing too strict. Just no smoking in the house, please. Pets are welcome as long as they don´t sleep on the sofa´s or beds. Take care of the house as if it were your own and inform me if anything gets broken or if you need anything extra!
I live (most of the year ) in Chulilla in Spain. It´s in this Valencian village surrounded by rocks, that I also rent out a lovely village house.
I am a fanatic rock climber and work as a climbing instructor. I also teach English, pick tomatoes, cook and cater. And last but not least, I love to read books, watch detective series and go for long walks with my dog Zeb.
