The Granary apartment really is exceptionally spacious accommodation. The Granary comes complete with all mod cons. It's a spacious and luxury home-from-home with large kitchen/diner and cosy 1st floor living area. The granary can sleep 10 guests. 4 guests would be in common areas. This includes a single sofa bed, a double sofa bed and a day bed.

The space

The roof terrace is wonderful and has lovely views over the Weir wood Reservoir. We also have a hot plate BBQ we can provide and fruit and veg from the garden, subject to season!

Guest access

The whole granary will be yours and there is a huge farm and 300 acres for your leisure too. Not to mention Cows, horses, pigs, chickens, sheep, dogs, cats and a duck called William!

Interaction with guests

The granary is in the yard of our family farn, Busses Farm. We absulotely leave you to your own devices but if you do have any problems, we are just round the corner.

Amazing location. Aafke and her family did everything they could to settle us and were at hand if needed. Accommodation had everything we needed and was warm and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This was one of the best Air BnB experiences I've had. Our group of 10 raved about everything here. Aafke and her family made us feel so welcome and were extremely friendly, helping in whatever ways they could but also giving us plenty of space. The house itself was really lovely, plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy ourselves with a great terrace for catching the sun. We had a great time walking around the farm too. I can't recommend The Granary highly enough!

The Granary is a lovely cosy barn with easy access from london. IT was nice and warm with a large dining table downstairs and upstairs sitting area too. The host was absolutely lovely- made us feel very welcome and even lent us wellies. We even got to see the Shetland pony come by. I would recommend.

It was a beautiful cottage and surroundings with everything we needed. Couldn't recommend this place higher.

Brilliant space, chilled out, great value. Near the family home but they seem to expect a bit of party noise, certainly no complaints. The first 6 beds are actual beds, the final 4 are camp beds or converted from sofa's etc. Didn't bother us at all. If you care then you can probably afford to book it just for 6! There's a couple of really friendly horses and a cat and 2 dogs. Loved it!

Overall, we had a lovely weekend at The Granary. We were quite a noisy group but Aafke made us very welcome and was happy for us to be loud. The house was clean and roof terrace had a great view over the fields! Our only downfall was that the house was advertised as sleeping for 8 people but could be set up for 10. However, there are actually 6 proper beds and a single sofa bed. The remaining 3 people had cushions on the floor which wasn’t ideal- I would say this should be advertised for 6 people, but could sleep 7 on a sofa bed. Luckily we were a young group of friends who didn’t mind too much, but it would probably be a little problematic for older people or for those who want some privacy from the rest of the group.

What an amazing place! Great house and great hosts! Perfectly fit our group of 10. Kids loved the farm. Easy drive to train station and you are in London within 45 min. Can't say enough about this place. Stay here!

Hey all! My name is Aafke, daughter of Dutch parents, hence the dodgy name! We all live here in own little hovels on the Farm with Mum and Dad in the main farm house. The house is listed and around 500 years old. Busses Farm is an organic beef farm and during the summer months we also host weekend weddings. Always a real joy! With animals a plenty and beautiful views all around, it's a lovely place to be!
