The accommodation was beautiful - airy and clean with a very comfortable bed and lovely view! Although I didn't see Jane herself, her parents were welcoming and incredibly sweet, even giving me a little breakfast as I was on my way out! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We didn't meet Jane however her parents welcomed us and were very accommodating. The room was fine and exactly what we were hoping to find - quiet, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Nb the house is located up a steep hill (quite a climb) so to be aware if on foot and in case of any mobility issues (such as being pregnant as I am).

We had a lovely stay in Bath! Just for a night, but we felt extremely welcomed from the beginning. Communication and recommendations were great and detailed. We had been given very clear directions and found the place easily. The only difficulty is that the stairs quite steeply up to the house, so may not suit visitors with mobility issues. Otherwise the view from the room is definitely worth the climb! It is spectacular! The room itself is of reasonable size and clean. There are delicious teas and instant coffee in the room, hairdryer and all necessary toiletries in the gorgeous, squeaky clean bathroom with the same amazing view of the town. Shower was good. And we had a very simple but nice breakfast in the morning. When we just arrived Jane met us with lots of recommendations for places to visit, cafes and restaurants, she also provided us with all the necessary maps and brochures for all museums and different attractions around the town. She and her husband were very kind and thoughtful! I definitely recommend her place for anyone who is up to visit this beautiful town! Thank you Jane!

The place was beautiful and clean, the room had everything we needed. A bit of a walk from the centre of town. The bathroom was great nice and big which makes it ideal when you are sharing. There is a curfew on the use of the shower which isnt ideal. Overall a really great place to stay. Would definitely return!

Me and my sister have been there just for one night but its been lovely and comfortable. The place is really easy to find and so close to the train station and the centre of the twon we didn't even (URL HIDDEN) everything was smooth and straight forward because we didn't even need to take a bus. The room was nice, clean and tidy with a beautiful view on Royal Crescent, the huge bathroom was clean and nice aswell. Thank you for everything! Absolutely recommended!
