I would recommend a stay at Pauline's converted barn to anyone visiting the New Forest. The barn was exactly as described and a perfect base for our weekend away. Pauline was a wonderful host, providing instructions about how to get there prior to arrival, being friendly and welcoming at all times, and the breakfast each morning was amazing too. The barn is relatively remote, however there is a town called Ringwood a few minutes drive away that has a range of restaurants. Overall, staying at Pauline's barn is an opportunity you cannot miss.

I am married to Hugo and we have three sons aged 20,18 and 16, the older two are now away at university hence the idea of renting out the barn when they are away. When the children were younger we lived in London but decided they would enjoy life more in the countryside so moved out. We have renovated a number of homes, Rockford Farm has been the biggest project as it is a Grade 2 listed property . I enjoy being outdoors and keep fit running everyday(very slowly according to the boys) and dog walking. The thing I like doing the most is being with the family on a skiing holiday anywhere with lots of snow.
