Housing with very large spaces, incredible light and spectacular views located in a privileged environment due to the good weather all year round, Tabaiba is a very quiet residential area ideal for exploring the island for its location and proximity.

The space
The property is located in an ideal area if you are looking for a quiet area, away from the tourist crowds, with a special charm and an excellent location to explore all the attractions that the island offers.
Tabaiba has a supermarket, some restaurants, coffee houses, a medical center and a pharmacy. It has a natural pool along with a pier where you can do fishing and diving courses. 5 minutes away you will find the Radazul sports pier with easy access beaches and different restaurants where, among other things, you can go diving, kayaking, paddle surfing and various activities related to water sports.
7 minutes away you will find the Santa Cruz Shopping Center, where you can find everything you need in its various shops and the Carrefour supermarket.
10 minutes away is the capital, Santa Cruz, and 15 minutes away is the city of La Laguna (World Heritage).
The most tourist area of the island is in the south 40 minutes away, and the city of Puerto de la Cruz 30 minutes away; If you want more nature, hiking or outdoor activities, you have a great offer only 10 minutes from the house. The Teide National Park is 40 minutes away

During your stay

We live in Tabaiba Alta, this is only 5 minutes away from the house, which allows us to help you in case you need it or to be more flexible with the arrival time.
The house is prepared for 4 people with sheets and towels, the kitchen has enough furniture to cover any need, it also has basic products like oil, salt, vinegar, spices, etc... It also has soap for both tableware and clothes, we provide toilet paper and all the necessary cleaning products and accessories.
When the arrival is in the evening-night, I leave some items prepared for breakfast.

Our customer service hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (Canary Island time).
