This lovely well equipped apartment has a separate bedroom and open plan kitchen/lounge and is fitted out with quality furnishings to make your stay a memorable and comfortable one.

Open plan living/kitchen area opens out to the private balcony, that overlooks the Lagoon Pool. There is a second pool at the other end of the Resort.
Separate bedroom with comfortable queen size bed - the sofa has a pull out double bed, which can accommodate an extra guest (or even 2 extra guests). Children are welcome!

Interaction with guests
We offer you complete privacy and will email you the access code to the apartment before arrival, so there is no picking up keys or checking in, making it very easy for you.
Your hosts, Peter & Keiko Orchiston live in Port Douglas and are available via phone or email if you need assistance and are only a few minutes away.
Other things to note
The apartment is fully made up for your arrival, with 2 bath towels & a pool towel provided for each guest together with shampoo, conditioner & soap. Otherwise the apartment is self-catering
Please note the apartment is not serviced on a daily basis, however a complimentary midstay clean and change of linen & toiletries is provided for stays over 7 nights; an optional midstay service is available for shorter stays at a additional cost of $80.
Terms and Conditions:
Rates are based on twin share (2 adult guests), the owners have the right to ask any undeclared guests to vacate or to charge additional fees including extra cleaning & linen costs. We welcome infants and children.

*All rubbish to be removed on departure
Arrival 2pm or later and departure by 10am (unless otherwise agreed upon with the owner)
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
We recommend that the guest takes out comprehensive holiday cancellation and protection insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances which may arise including accident, ill health, natural disasters or any other matters beyond the guests reasonable control.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by the owner as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions set out below will be incur charges. Examples of this include but are not limited to any damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance or may result in termination of rental.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments or may result in termination of rental.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, any excessive cleaning will incur charges.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
Pets are not allowed
Smoking is not permitted on premises
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
Hi. We moved permanently to Port Douglas from Sydney as recently as February 2014 and wonder why we left it for so long! We had always loved the natural beauty and perfect climate (even in summer!) of Far North Queensland, but it was the charismatic nature of Port Douglas that sealed the decision to move north. We now enjoy a better life, free from the stress and congestion of the city and have already met many kind people and look forward to spending our lives here. We very look forward to meeting our guests passing on to them some of the things that we have already learnt in our time in Port Douglas.
