In the small village of Roquedur, in the heart of the Cévennes, this newly renovated, air-conditioned and classified village house can accommodate up to 6 guests looking for calm and nature.
The stone building, very well equipped, offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Guests can take advantage of the shaded terrace overlooking a beautiful swimming pool dedicated to the occupants of this cottage.
Numerous excursions, river 5 minutes away, a concentration of outdoor activities!

The space
On the ground floor a beautiful vaulted entrance, organized as a living room and toilet with a sink.
On the first floor, a large living room with a seating area with a sofa bed and a very nice wood stove, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.
On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds, a beautiful shower room with toilet. In both bedrooms, a wardrobe will allow you to store your clothes during your stay.
The accommodation is facing south and all the rooms in the house are very bright. You can also admire the panoramic views of the mountains wherever you are in the house.
Air conditioning was installed in spring 2024 for extra comfort.

You will have access to a beautiful private swimming pool, without any opposite and above to a large shaded terrace, with garden furniture, barbecue and all the necessary dishes to take your meals outdoors. From the terrace as well as the pool you will have magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and property.
You can park your vehicle in front of the entrance in a space provided for this purpose.

The pool measures 8 m by 4 m, and has a beautiful paved space all around with hammock, deckchairs and parasol. On a swing you can spend a relaxing moment by the water. Many games are available for your children (inflatable mattresses, buoys, ball). The pool is fully fenced. It is lit at night.

Overlooking is a shaded terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. You also have at your disposal on the terrace a sideboard containing everything you need to eat your meals outdoors.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival.
One small pet is accepted per stay under certain conditions.
You will be close to many hiking trails. The Hérault Gorges are 10 minutes away, Mont Aigoual 30 minutes away. The Grotte des Demoiselles is 20 minutes away.
