The studio is in the basement on a separate and private part of a four floor building. The house is in front of a primary school which I love because it is so alive when the children go out to play. The school started at 08:30 and you might hear the bell ringing and children and parents coming to school.

This is a university area and very well located. We have being in this neighborhood since I came to Iceland and we have so many friends here that it is like living in a small town. Our daughter's school is just across the road and the next sport club just 5 min by walk. Swimming pool, supermarkets, library, museums, good schools, university. We love to leave in this place.
