** We have renovated our tennis court in time for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and we installed new LED lighting. Pictures are live!!
The house has three rooms with king size beds - one mid size room that can either have a king or two singles, one smaller room with 2 single beds, and finally a "bonus room" that has two single beds. We normally only like this room to be used for kids/teens as it is not at the same level as the other rooms.

Our fully licensed (ETV 4306) finca is a charming original family home set amidst the fabulous backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains and located just outside the picturesque village of Soller. The original stone house dates back over 500 years yet has been equipped with a modern kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, air conditioning and central heating, while still retaining its traditional Mallorcan feel and charm.

The kitchen is well equipped, as you would expect of a large home, and has a separate large fridge and freezer. Just outside the kitchen is a beautiful covered outdoor dining area.

All bedrooms are decorated with style and comfort in mind. The house has a full master suite with its own private terrace, two en-suite doubles, and, one twin and one double (which share a bathroom). Most bedrooms are large enough to take a cot or small additional bed for children if required.

There is a large private outdoor swimming pool, 13m long by 6m wide. The pool is surrounded by stone terraces with sun beds for relaxing by the pool. Outdoor seating on hardwood patio furniture with cushions is provided near the fountain with a separate covered outdoor dining area seating 10+ on one large stone table. There is also a large stone barbecue by the pool.

Our newly renovated (2025) tennis court with a professional hybrid clay surface is set just to the bottom of the small vineyard with new LED lights. You need to bring your own tennis rackets and balls.

Soller has a fabulous old town square which is a bustling meeting place with numerous shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. Every Saturday the Market spills out onto the streets selling local cheeses, shoes, and handicrafts. The square is dominated by the church of Sant Bartomeu and the old tram which connects Soller to Port Soller every 30 minutes. You can also take the old wooden train into Palma via the amazing orange tree valleys, with spectacular scenery.

** Please know that during the months of June, July, and August we only book full weeks starting and ending on Saturday.
