I came to live in the States from England 33 years ago and have lived in California most of that time, Palo Alto and Laguna Beach. I moved to Spokane 9 years ago and opened Taste Cafe with my daughter, which we ran for 6 years. My daughter and her husband now own Luna restaurant up on the South Hill and I help out with the flowers, inside and out.
I love good food, wine and conversation, walks with my dogs, gardening, movies and the Pacific North West.
Spokane has changing seasons, easy driving, lakes, parks, countryside, affordable housing and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. I will go as far as to say, it's the nicest place I've ever lived!
My motto is: Bloom where you're planted!
All are welcome here.
