Spread across three floors and over 400 sqm of living space, the villa’s centerpiece is a spectacular open-plan living area with six-metre teak-beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the terrace.
The space flows seamlessly between a sleek modern kitchen, dining area, and lounge with oversized sofa, all designed for relaxation and social connection.

Step outside to the expansive 14-metre infinity pool with in-water seating and jacuzzi jets, surrounded by marble and limestone decking. The terrace offers uninterrupted sea views, a 12-seat dining table, and sunbeds — perfect for soaking in Samui’s tropical beauty.

Important Notice – Nearby Construction

Please note that there is ongoing construction on a nearby plot. While your privacy and ocean views remain fully unaffected, some noise may be heard during working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and occasionally beyond.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge the potential for construction-related noise and accept the terms of your stay.

Cost for extra person over Standard occupancy USD 75 per person per night, inclusive of breakfast.

Airport transfer is available with an extra charge.

Rates include daily Asian or continental breakfast, maid service, English speaking Villa Manager, Thai Chef service for lunch and dinner. Food cost on guest account, provisioning fee from fresh market is 20% of food cost with a minimum fee of 300THB.
