Welcome to Villa Infinity Blue, an exceptional retreat in Terres Basses, boasting spectacular views over the Caribbean Sea. Every space has been designed to fully embrace the St Martin lifestyle: 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus 2 independent pods, each offering an additional bedroom, 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and generous living spaces. Enjoy private access to Baie Rouge, as well as a fitness area, beach volleyball court, pétanque court, and billiards for a truly unforgettable stay.

The space
Villa Infinity Blue features 6 spacious bedrooms in the main villa, each with a private en-suite bathroom :
- Three bedrooms are located on the main level, with direct access to the main pool and terrace. - Three additional bedrooms are on the lower level, accessed via an exterior staircase, with two opening directly onto the second pool and fitness area.

Just steps from the main villa, two stunning transparent capsules overlook the ocean. Each features a private bathroom and offers a unique experience of sleeping beneath the stars, with the Caribbean Sea as your morning view. Together with the main villa, they bring the property to a total of 8 bedrooms.

The main pool is heated from December 17 to April 15. Outside these dates, heating is available for $350 per week. The pool area is fully enclosed and features sun loungers, canopy daybeds, seating areas, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a bar.

Guests also have access to a jacuzzi, billiards, beach volleyball, pétanque, pickleball, a fitness room and several spaces for relaxing and dining.

Located in the private community of Terres Basses, the villa is approximately 10 minutes by car from shops, restaurants and bars on both the French and Dutch sides.
