This place is the best. Marlène and Jacques were very laid back and friendly and accommodated us with a late night check in. They showed us round and explained how to use everything and the place itself is beautiful and without fault. We spent 5 days there and didn't want to leave. Meynes itself is a medieval village, the house is quite old with lots of history, beautifully renovated by Jacques and Marlène. The village is very quiet with just a bakery and post office and pharmacy. There's a market on wednesdays with everything from fresh fish to cheese, meat and veggies. It's close to Pont Du Gard (11 mins drive), where you can canoe under it or climb to the top (booking recommended). We were close to Arles, Uzès and Beaucaire and we went swimming in the gorges of Le Gardon in Collias. We visited Cave Pazac for wine tasting and went to the quarry for the spectacular Carrières des Lumières and the Chateau des Baux. Everything is within 20-40 minute drive away and you can get to the coast (Sete, Bouzigues, Montpelier) in about 1.5 hours. We can't recommend enough!!! Tom and Ellen

Maréne is a gracious host with a wealth of local knowledge. She keeps a basket of pamphlets and maps as well as books on the local sights. The space is beautiful, open, clean and private. Meynes is a little off the beaten path- close to Pont Du Gard, but 30 minutes from major towns like Arles and Avignon

What a find. Simply fantastic. Large, warm, space with solid stone walls and beautiful touches everywhere. Easy, scenic drive to Uzes, St. Remy, Avignon, Pont du Gard, and others nice places. Always nice to come home to a place like this.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED Marlene's beautiful flat. It is by far the most charming Airbnb we have stayed at and hope to return again soon. Like others have said, we wished we could have stayed longer. Marlene is a gracious and welcoming host and the fresh croissants delivered in the morning were a special touch - thank you again for having us!

Beautiful apartment- wonderful hosts - fantastic location. Le Petit DoMeynes was a perfect choice for our holiday in Provence and Languedoc! Marlene and her husbands welcomed us with open arms, fresh baguette and homemade jam in their little oasis. We wish we could have stayed longer than the 6 days our vacation lasted and will recommend this gem to everyone. Central location for every place you would want to visit! Thank you for a great stay!

We had only booked 3 nights, but the place was so lovely that we could have stayed for a week! Warm and kind hosts and fresh croissants on the door the first morning, was just some of the small things that made this a special stay. The terrace in the evening, the kitchen with everything that you need, the air conditioning in the bedroom, swimming in the river, bakery next door.. We will come back!

Marlène & Jacques' Airbnb totally exceeded our expectations. It is such an inspiring place to stay; very classy and well appointed. They so graciously provided us with a baguette and croissant the next morning. We actually changed our sightseeing plans to stay and enjoy 'Le Petit DoMeynes' longer (that's saying a lot). It's very close to the 'Pont de Gard' and they gave us the absolutely most amazing recommendation of going to see what is likely our favourite thing in the South of France: the 'Carriere des Lumieres'! Merci!
