About the Home:
Sprawling over almost 6,811 square feet of interior space, the mid-century Lewis-Loughrey Estate effortlessly encapsulates modernist, avant-garde architecture like no other. Step through the dramatic, original bronze-clad Sunburst front door and into the "Crown Jewel" of the San Fernando Valley. This architectural feat consists of three incredible dodecagons (12-sided structures) that contain a total of 7 beds and 6 baths.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are seven uniquely designed bedrooms, each with breathtaking views, comfortable beds, and high-quality furnishings to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. Six of these dreamy bedrooms contain a king-sized bed, while one has a queen-sized bed. The bedrooms are a haven of relaxation, boasting massive windows and high ceilings, allowing the room to fill with sunlight during the day.
The main house offers a total of five bedrooms, two upstairs which contain king-sized beds and share access to a luxurious full bathroom, and another three bedrooms downstairs which share a second full bathroom.
The guest house has two more gorgeous bedrooms, each of which has an ensuite bathroom. Each full bath is stocked with plush towels and premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. There are also two half baths, or powder rooms, that cater to the front and back of the house.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Enjoy cooking your meals in the main state-of-the-art kitchen. Equipped with updated appliances and plenty of counter space. A quaint modern table with seating for four provides the perfect spot to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning as the rest of your group is waking up. You can enjoy group meals in the formal dining room. Wood-paneled ceilings, leafy plants, and huge windows create a seamless blend between the indoors and outdoors.
Head into the immaculate lounge, which boasts two seating areas and a sunken conversation pit. There is even more space for your group to spread out if you wish, with a second kitchen and lounge. Although smaller than the main living areas, the sleek second kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need and provides an alternative space for socializing. You'll find a spacious island with seating for two as well as an oven, a microwave, and a full-sized fridge and freezer.
The open-concept layout makes it easy to chat with your group in the second lounge while a movie or show plays in the background on the flat-screen TV. There is a pool table available for some entertainment.
OUTDOOR AREA
The balconies offer plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, so you can relax in the evening and admire the exquisitely manicured lawn and panoramic views.
The word 'luxury' doesn't do justice to the amazing backyard. Enjoy an unforgettable experience in the private pool while you watch the sun set behind the hills. When you start to get chilly, indulge yourself with a soak in the relaxing hot tub.

- No Garage Access.
- Pool Heating is currently unavailable.
- Indoor fireplaces featured in the home are currently not operational and unavailable for use during your stay.
- Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.
- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

Other things to note
Maximum Occupancy:
Accommodates no more than 10 people at any given time. Number of overnight guests exceeding this limit will be charged $400+/guest per stay if approved.
Parking:
4 driveway parking spots. No garage access.
Filming and Events:
If you are considering filming, production activities or hosting an event such as a small wedding, birthday party and any other gathering, please reach out to us for approval prior to booking. Please note that approval for filming and events is subject to review and cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees associated with such activities will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
Air Conditioning Guidelines:
To maintain the performance of the air conditioning units, please keep all doors and windows closed while it’s in use. Operating the AC with them open can cause the units to malfunction and is considered guest misuse. Refunds or discounts will not be issued under these circumstances.
Additionally, AC units should not be set below 70 degrees, as this can also cause damage.
