The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood on the Coyote Creek Golf Course in Fort Lupton, Co! 30 Minutes from the Denver Metro area without the traffic, noise, or crowding! 30 minutes from DIA and 25 minutes from Boulder (:
This is a place for animal lovers! We have 2 cats and 4 well behaved dogs that live in our home: a Siberian Husky, a Great Dane, and two Shih-Tzus - animal hair happens but your room is always free from animals!
Guests will have access to the entire home including: bathroom (shared with other guests or private if nobody else is checked in during stay), downstairs living room(s), kitchen, washer/dryer, and backyard.
Interaction with guests
We love meeting new people and sharing our lives with whomever. Guests are welcome to as much or as little interaction as they prefer.
Other things to note
The parking in the neighborhood is mostly street which tends to get a bit full in the evenings but we have yet to have an issue with having somewhere for guests to park. Typically, we offer parking in our driveway for guests!
Guests are expected to be super cool (:
No jerks allowed (:
"420" and cigarette friendly - outside only
If traveling with pets - please confirm they're okay to bring prior to booking with us, thanks!
Well, hello there! Thanks for stopping by, please get comfy as we get to know each other. My name is Hannah and I'm a Southern Belle. I lack that sweet Texas drawl but I make up for it in Southern Charm and cookin' skills. I can "bless your heart" with the best of them. The love of my life and I moved 1,000 miles from our great state of Texas to Colorado, on a whim. We packed our whole lives into two cars and moved with nowhere to live. Enter, AirBnB! Thanks to the amazing hosts, we were able to find an amazing home to buy all while knowing we had a secure place to live until then. So, we're getting settled into our Colorado life and loving every minute of it!
I am a graduate of Howard Payne University - a very fine baptist university in a tiny little Texas town you've never heard of! I was established in 1990 and have been living the dream ever since then. I am constantly on the edge of a creative breakthrough and always asking to borrow a pencil. I read too many fashion magazines, drink too much caffeine, and don't sleep nearly enough.
I am a french fry addict, a kitchen experiementer, a book explorer, and will one day be a world travelor. Feel free to ask any questions - my life and my home is an open book and I can't wait to meet you!
