This sub-penthouse studio is in the heart of CBD. Walk to Supermarkets, Entertainments, Cafes, Restaurants & Bars, & most of City Tourist Attractions. 5min walk to Queen St. (the main commercial St.) & Britomart (the city public transport hub - buses & trains) & 7mins to the Waterfront & Ferry building.

You will be enjoying the spectacular views of sunrise, the sparkling ocean, Hauraki Gulf & its Islands, the North Head, Devonport, and Port of Auckland here, from inside the apt, (see photos).

The space
My place is unique in that, although in the center of the CBD, it is very quiet, as being on the sub top-level of an eighteen level hotel apartment building - so, is excellent for WORK as well as RELAXATION. The place is petite (30 sq. meters), has a balcony (3m wide x 1m deep), completely self-contained (own bathroom and kitchen, and living space), fully furnished, has floor to ceiling window and sliding door to the balcony, thus there is plenty of morning sun and natural light let in, hence is bright, warm and cozy.

This apartment provides you with everything you need for a comfortable urban staying or living, a short walk to two large supermarket chains (Countdown and New World), cafes, restaurants, bars, and to all wonderful city attractions that the CBD has to offer.

Guest access
Guests are able to access all parts of the apartment.

Other things to note
Auckland City is known as a hilly City but very interesting city. Many buildings were built on the slightly slopes, some on top of the hills. My apartment building is among these buildings - almost on top of a hill. So, to get to my apartment from Queen Street you need a walk uphill slightly. It would take 5 minutes.

Location

Auckland Central, Auckland, New Zealand

The apartment is close to many local and international businesses, including several prominent international Law and Accounting firms.

UoA (University of Auckland) is a 5 minute walk away. AUT (Auckland University of Technology) is next to UoA.

There are a Mini-Supermarket, a Post Office, Euro Car Rental shop, and several undercover paid Car Parking buildings opposite my apartment building - "Tournament" and "Wilson" car parks.

There are also many hourly paid car parkings along sides the surrounding streets.

My name is Ai. I love traveling, meeting and talking to people and making new friends. When I visit a place I like to explore the scenery there, see new and interesting things, unwind and relax. I like cooking, gardening, walking, biking and listening to soft music. I don't smoke, don't drink much alcohol and don't party. I am a careful person, respect for other people's properties, considerate and reliable. I would like the place I come to stay and to visit is safe so that I could confidently and completely enjoy myself there.
