I also, considered part of your review harsh, as before you booked it, you triple checked almost everything including the exact dimensions of each bed and other questions never asked before but we respected and exhaustive try to fulfill your enquiries.

if one looks for a room for the sake of convenient public transportation, this serves. The charge also reasonable for such prime location.

talk to the management about the odour taste in front of the door, as opposite to the rubbish room. In the house, no smell.
ANSWER/ I will take note of this and inform to the managment. I went today it was not any odour around but I did noticed it ones few weeks ago as well.
REVIEW: Linens is sort of personal preferences and I must ask next time clearly about these.
ANSWER: Kingly, all the unit is sort with my personal preference, as it is my apartment .
REVIEW: We are willing to pay extra for thicker quilts
ANSWER: I offered you the possibility to get the extra blankets, at the end you just asked for one extra, so I gave one extra at not extra cost. I also, I left many extras in the cabinets, you never mentioned anything else.
*REVIEW: Lastly, think of a way for more user friendly check out, like a locked letter box at front door.
ANSWER: Before you booked you triple checked most things including the check out process it was explained at the check in as well. Perhaps, management time of 5-10 extra minutes would have saved you stress & blames to the System. Unfortunately, there is reception as this is not a hotel.
