I, the owner, live next door, am a firefighter and inform everyone that when they leave the property, they should turn off the ceiling fans, as the house's ceiling is made of wood, thus avoiding any short circuit problems leading to fire. I value guest safety first. It is not on the same plot of land or condominium.

The space
It's the whole house, one-story, new and safe, just for guests.
On a dead-end street, 800 meters from the beach and the center of Maresias, about a 10-minute walk. There is parking at the property + Pet Place. + Pilates Studio, next door, with classes by appointment and separate payment for those interested.

Guest access
Entire house for guests. It is not shared, nor is it a condominium.
