The area is surrounded by police all the time, because we are within the security perimeter of the president of the Republic of Nicaragua. Therefore the police officers always request to provide a passport photo to all guests.

The people of the area are friendly and hospitable. Where you will find workers and professionals. It is central to Managua, 15 minutes from the downtown metro by public transport, 7 minutes from the bank. The Japanese embassy and the French consulate are nearby.
You have a few blocks supermarkets, bakeries, banks, as well as restaurants both vegetarian and conventional lunches
