Villa al Sur seamlessly blends contemporary architectural design with modern Boho interiors, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Nestled on the hillside of Chania's Akrotiri peninsula, it offers stunning views of Souda Bay and the White Mountains.

The space
Villa al Sur features a striking glass framework that fills the 380 sq.m. space with natural light. Spread over three levels with six spacious bedrooms, accommodating 12 guests and up to 13 guests if needed. A private pool invites you to unwind, with beautiful beaches, and local amenities, and the vibrant town of Chania is just a short drive away, perfect for exploring the wonders of Crete.

The Pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice.

- Sunbeds with mattresses, umbrellas, and pergola for shade
- Built-in outdoor seating area under a pergola, ideal for poolside drinks

Special Notes:

***The owners also own one of the best restaurants in Chania, Palazzo Almare Restaurant. Also, they can arrange private chef service at the Villa for you upon request.

The Akrotiri peninsula is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches and bays, offering crystalline waters and gorgeous views, such as Kalathas, Marathi and Loutraki which are all a short drive from the villa. Many local amenities are dotted along the main road such as well stocked mini markets, tavernas, coffee shops which sell pastries and breakfast treats, and even a patisserie! The principal village in the area, Kounoupidiana, is within a 4km drive and has all the amenities you need, including a large supermarket and bakery. Easy access to the main highway and Chania town with its winding alleys, Venetian and Turkish architecture and large harbour lined with waterfront restaurants and cafes, provides the opportunity to further explore the area.
