Interaction with guests

My home is in a peaceful suburb of Galway city. The beach is a stones throw from the house and a lovely local shop (with chinese take away) is at the bottom of the road as is the bus stop into the city.
The 402 Bus goes from the bottom of the road (2mins from house) every half hour on weekdays, which will bring you directly to Eyre Square.
Eyre Square is 10 minutes away, Salthill 15 minutes. Galway Racecourse approximately 7 minutes. (Peak times will be longer).
Taxi to / from Eyre Square between €8 - €10.
I'll be happy to show you a beautiful scenic walk into town used by locals. This walk has lovely views across Galway Bay and takes approximately 30minutes.
Galway has a 'rent a bike' scheme should you decide cycling is the way for you.
Other things to note
With both Connemara and County Clare (Cliffs of Moher), all part of the Wild Atlantic Way on the doorstep you won't be short of opportunities to view some of Irelands most beautiful scenery. Medieval Galway City is a bustling, vibrant, friendly town. Full of music both in the pubs and on the streets and with eateries to suit all tastes and pockets from Michelin starred restaurants to delicious wraps at the local Saturday market.
Check out is by 12.00 midday on day of departure. Check in time is after 15.00 and guests usually arrive by 17.00. I am an outgoing person, who loves meeting new people. Having lived in Galway for most of my adult lift there is not much I don't know about the place. I have travelled extensively and I love learning about new cultures.
Our home is a spacious family home, all of my children are fully grown, but my visiting grandchildren ensure that my house is kept reasonably child proof.
