Being nestled right in the heart of Dubrovnik, this location is perfect for seeing local attractions such as Old Town Port, Church of St. Blaise, Rectors Palace, Dubrovnik Cathedral, Franciscan Monastery and Orlando's Column. In the vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, ATM's, banks, pharmacies, shops and grocery stores. Famous Banje beach is 800 m away. Buza beach is only 100 m away from the property. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 400 meters away. Cable car station is only 10 minutes away from the property. It offers a panoramic view of the historic center and the surrounding islands.

Although Dubrovnik has much to offer in terms of historical sightseeing, part of its allure lies in the fact that it is still a lived-in city, vibrant and bustling with locals whose homes line the narrow streets and sunlit squares. As well as visiting the churches, palaces and museums, the visitor can also enjoy markets, bazaars, cafes, bars and restaurants.

In the summer, there is also a choice of a few nightclubs and discos and of course the famous Dubrovnik Summer Festival in July and August, which includes cultural events such as outdoor concerts, opera and ballet. All year round you can see theater plays in the local theater.
