The space

This all-new, fully furnished two story bungalow is perfectly suited for anyone--duck hunters, travelers with horses/dogs, families with small children. Property has kennels and pastures available, as well as ample room for boats, trailers, campers, etc. This bungalow is located on a small working ranch where friendly chickens, dogs and cats freely roam the grounds, as well as cows, horses and pigs in various pastures and pens. Very short stroll to the Snake River.

We are located next door to beautiful Glenns Ferry, ID, home of the Three Island State Park, Carmela Winery and Golf Course. This property is a perfect set up for students attending the Equine Dentistry School.

We are hands off hosts, but are happy to help you with anything you might need during your stay. We are working around the ranch on a daily basis.

You have to walk up to get to The Loft where the two queen beds are. There's a queen futon in the living room. Soft well water. Towels that dry outside after being washed

New futon mattress being put in June 11, 2017.

There is no public transportation in this area.

Guest access

When you get onto Little Basin Rd., drive until the 5th driveway on your left (Lindale Lane). NOTE: If you have an Apple phone, the directions will take you to Tingstrom and Wayne, BUT you need to take Lindale, which is to driveway before Tingstrom.

Follow the gravel driveway until it turns right towards the main ranch. The bungalow is connected to the large barn on your left that says LINDALE (not to be confused with the main house).

Park anywhere in front of the door or under the adjacent tree (for shade).

The key is hanging right inside the first door in the mudroom.

Interaction with guests

Adorable bunkhouse with everything we needed. We only got a glimpse of how beautiful the location was before it was dark but it was comfy for our short overnight stay. Angela was quick with responses to all our questions. I would highly recommend!

The Cowboy Bungalow was a perfect overnight stop for us. We were moving from WA. to UT. and we had a Uhaul, a pickup truck and 2 dogs!! They accommodated all of it and us!! The dog kennels were perfect, the grounds were fun for wandering and looking at the cows, horses, chickens and friendly pups! The Bungalow was quaint, clean and well appointed. We pulled in around 6p with a wounded pickup truck, bad alternator. Denver was more than willing to help with tools. Would definitely like to stay there again should our travels take us that way.

Stayed a night just to sleep to break up a Denver to Seattle road trip and wish I could have stayed longer. Great place with privacy if you want it and the hosts are very reachable and helpful.

Nice location on a working farm with lovely view of Snake River area. We were welcomed by Angela who offered us fresh eggs from her hens and her daughter who showed us her friendly price cow. Relaxation on our way to Portland

Business man, work hard and honest. I love to fish and watch sports. Need my XM radio and Wall Street Journal. As a guest I will not be seen much. As a host I will accommodate and inform all that I can or get you to someone that can.
