I'm a cafe owner and a self builder.
After traveling around 16 Asian countries to research cooking. I built a cafe Suiba and a straw bale house as a guest house in 2009. We named it Tida House (Tida means the sun in Okinawa dialog).
Since 2016, I have built a new cottage Mauna Lani at mountain-site on the way to Shiretoko.
It was complicated in 2021. I’d like to make it more fantastic cozy place!!
