Located on a quiet wooded cul-de-sac, with all the amenities you need for a brief business trip or a long vacation, it's even solar powered!
This 1300 Sq. Ft space includes your private master bedroom, featuring a king size , 100% natural, Organic latex mattress and memory foam pillows, a seating area, and a closet for your many things. A second bedroom includes a Twin XL sized bed, and two cribs if you need them. There is a sofa that can also be used in the living room. The rest of the space includes and a kitchen, dining\living room space, a bathroom with shower, and shared laundry facilities, the unit is almost completely private, we only share laundry facilities in the space, so you'll rarely see us. Your hosts occupy their own section separate from the AirBNB space.
The apartment includes a warm gas fireplace, flexible furniture, a bar counter in the kitchen, a full set of cooking supplies, a play area and high-quality wood toys for the kids.

You will have free reign over the entire rental space on the lower level of a two story home. It includes your own entrance, and complete living space including kitchen, bathroom, dining/family room and children's play-space. You also have the use of the half-acre fenced back yard, including bon-fire pit.
Interaction with guests
Hosts are in their own independent space. Interaction is minimal. Most of the time we are available if you have questions or other needs. There is a shared laundry inside the rental unit, though it is rarely used on weekends.
Other things to note
The apartment is kid-friendly, (times when it isn't being a home away from home for you, it's actually a holistic childcare facility) your hosts also have a 2 year old of their own. He's mostly quiet and sleeps through the night, but we can't make any promises! We are in a separate but attached space, and we do our best to be extremely respectful of our guests. We hope for the same in return.
Check-In Time on FRIDAY ONLY is after 6PM (the space is used on Fridays and needs to be prepped), however we have a space available for you to drop off luggage and supplies early, and then check-into the unit after the 6PM check-in time if you need it. Check-in on Saturday is flexible.
Parking is on street, or if possible, on the left side of our driveway (check with us). Please don't park within 10 feet of mailboxes.

One parking spot is available on the left side of the driveway. All other guest parking is on street. City laws prohibit parking in front of driveways or mailboxes, or overnight street parking during the winter. Please contact your host if you need alternate parking arrangements.
