Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The little coast house is a cosy contemporary open plan space nestled between the majestic slopes of Benbulben and the amazing Streedagh Beach. A hidden gem along the Wild Atlantic Way situated in North Sligo approx 1km off the main N15 in a quiet and peaceful setting beside our own family home. Close to so many wonderful places to visit! A fantastic base for exploring Sligo, Donegal and many surrounding counties.
A 10 minute drive to the charming town of Sligo, great for shopping and dining.

The space
An open plan contemporary yet cosy space, the downstairs area consists of a fully equipped kitchen , dining table , chairs and a sofa. There is a 32" smart T.V with satellite and saorview channels. The sofa converts to a small double bed to accommodate for an extra guest. Although not suited to younger children it would be fine for an older child.
A modern en-suite with Shower and all essentials is also located downstairs.
A small stairway leads up to the mezzanine sleeping area which boasts a king size bed with a deluxe mattress so while it may be compromised on head space as seen in pictures, we aim to make up for it with comfort! There is a beautiful view from the velux window upstairs out over the Atlantic ocean and towards the Donegal mountains. Please note the sleeping mezzanine is not closed off to the rest of the area.
The heating system and hot water is set the same as for our family home, it is an underfloor geothermal system downstairs. The mezzanine has an electric oil heater for the chiller months.

Guest access
Although situated on the grounds of our family home guests will have exclusive access to the guest house with private parking to the front. We aim to give guests their privacy but are there if you need us. There is a self check in box.

Other things to note
We have a very friendly cat called Dora.

Perfect for exploring The Wild Atlantic way and all the wonders that North Sligo has to offer. Streedagh Beach, Grange village, the famous Lislary surfspot and Benbulben forest walks are all just a 5 minute drive away!
Grange itself is a small village but has lots to offer, from traditional pubs, restaurant, cafe, supermarket, pharmacy, church, Indoor childrens play centre and a playground.
Attractions nearby also include Yeats grave, Lisadell house, Glencar waterfalls and more!
The picturesque Mullaghmore is a 15 minute drive away and the bustling town of Sligo appox 12km.
