Interaction with guests
Guests MUST contact property manager(Joe OSullivan) by text email or phone call the DAY BEFORE arrival to determine when you will meet for Checkin. Checkin is usually 5 pm, a little later is ok, but Joe works , so earlier can be difficult for him. This is important as he can give you an accurate estimate of how long it will take you to get to the area- and HOW to get here. Please read location details thoroughly, as gps, postal code and maps are essential for easily locating the turnoff.
Other things to note
We make every attempt to keep the house at a comfortable temperature for all guests. Those guests BEFORE you may not want the house as warm or as cold as you are accustomed. We have folks coming from hot and cold climates. The wall heaters in the bedrooms are there for that purpose. You can also make as many fires in the fireplace as you would like- which warms up the house quickly.
• Check-in time is 5PM.
There is a wall heater in the living room. This is heated at night and keeps the living room warm. This is an old stone cottage with 3 feet thick walls. If you turn off the heater the house will get cold-please do not turn off the wall heater in the living room.
In order to maintain proper hygiene for all guests we have a strict NO PETS policy.
