A beautiful home in the heart of Olonzac. We loved the location near the Tuesday morning market and several good restaurants and bakeries, which we enjoyed. The house is large and accommodated the four of us--two couples--quite well. We loved the beautiful floors, comfortable furniture, nice kitchen and laundry room as well as the peaceful, beautiful courtyard. The location was very convenient to many attractions that we made day trips to each day. We never ran out of fun things to do and see in that area. I highly recommend this house, which will easily accommodate 6 people. The hosts are great and very responsive.

We loved our stay at Bart's and Lisa's house. It is a beautiful home with huge bedrooms and lovely and well equipped kitchen and laundry. Highlights were shopping at Olonzac's market and visiting medieval towns in the area like Lagrasse and Minerve and wine tasting.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this lovely, well equipped home- especially the courtyard. So close to the town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars. Nearby church bells could be annoying at night. The hosts and local caretaker were very obliging. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for a week in July. We were welcomed by Mo who manages the house. Mo very kindly organised to get a high chair for our daughter and even offered to babysit. It's a lovely, characterful and large home with a sunny courtyard that is private and perfect for relaxing in. The house is located next to the town hall which is an active community hub meaning that there are often people sitting outside in the evening and they also make public announcements and sometimes play music over the loud speaker which can be quite loud in the house. The local church also rings every half hour. The town itself is pretty quiet and doesn't have too much going on. There are quite a few empty stores that have closed down. The markets were great on Tuesday and this was a real highlight. The lake nearby is a nice spot to relax and cool off. The boulangerie was really good and they had a great little organic store. Bart and Lisa were prompt to respond to queries.

Response from Bart And Lisa:
Dear William and Lou, thank you for enjoying our house. We are glad you liked the colorful Tuesday market, boulangerie and lake! Olonzac is a quaint village with plenty to do in the surroundings. We are sorry to hear you are not used to the church bells as this is Europe, and part of the countryside charm. Our house is located next to the Marie, which is in a historic building and it is a quiet square (appreciated by many of our guests) given it is not on the main road. It is summer now and probably the fun activities are more than usual. We sincerely hope you will enjoy the beautiful French countryside the next time! Thank you for your feedback. Cheers, Lisa and Bart

Bart and Lisa's home was perfect for our four day stay in the Langoudac-Roussilon region. Lots of space, furnished with everything we could need, and well located. We were able to go to the local market, visit several wineries in various surrounding Appalachia's, and go to a swimming lake and local bar. The communication with Bart and Lisa's housekeeper Mo was easy and very helpful. We loved our time there.

It's all been said before...this is a beautiful, well appointed home in a very desirable location. Although we did not personally meet Bart and Lisa they were immediately available by email and their on site manager, Mo, was great. All in all a very enjoyable 4 days for the 4 of us.

We enjoyed our two week holiday. The spacious and comfortable accomidations included a well equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Three spacious bedrooms can acomidate 6 persons. The private courtyard was enjoyable for all to enjoy. We were greeted and checked out, with ease, by Mo. A most enjoyable experience in Southern France with many activities nearby. Excellent communication with Bart & Lisa.

Hello! We are a Dutch-Singaporean couple currently living in Asia.

We love our life in France: waking up every morning to church bells ring, fresh croissants and beautiful landscapes - home to towns of arts, history, abbeys and castles! It's a gem and we want to come back soon.

We enjoy the great outdoors, love a good book and like to cook. We would like to share our stone house in the idyllic countryside with like-minded travellers from around the world, and hope to make their stay a memorable experience.

Thanks for dropping by!
