The space
○ Professional cleaning before each stay. Health and safety is our top priority, ensuring every space is cleaned and sanitized after every stay.
○ Location. The space is in a perfect location away from all the noise of the tourist area, but still close enough that everything is within walking distance.
○ Free parking. I have a large parking lot in my backyard that charges electric cars for free.
○ Through the parking lot in the backyard, you can go to the park to exercise, have a picnic, and take the children to play.

➤ This room is part of the whole house, and there are two other rooms for rent. The living and dining rooms on the ground floor are shared spaces, and the basement is our private space.
