Welcome to our newly renovated garden house.

Large room with a view on our Spa garden. Private entrance & terrace is included as well as a large indoor jacuzzi, rain shower and superkingsize bed (2mx2m). Access to the Spa Garden with outdoor jacuzzi and 2nd terrace can be made available on request.

Amusement park "the Efteling" and nature reserve "Loonse en Drunense duinen" are a 9 minutes drive away. Tilburg city centre can be reached in 8 minutes by car or bus (stop close to the house).

Guest access
You arrive at the guesthouse via a driveway that has it's own entry door & (car)gate. The door can be opened with a code that will be provided to you. Afterwards you can open the cargate manually. The guesthouse is comprised of an officespace, the room in which you will reside and a (small) gym. There is also a top floor, which is currently not in use. The room is separated from the (small) gym, which can be made available to you on appointment. The office is located behind the gym, away from your room and only infrequently in use. That means that your room is completely private. Adjacent to your room is your private terrace, which we as owners, don't use (On occasion during the day, you may see our gardener though). The room has a view on our shared garden. In the garden, also an outdoor jacuzzi and roof covered terrace is available. On request, we make this available to you as well (max 2 hours per day, for longer periods, if available, additional charges may be applied).

The room is situated on the outside border of the centrally located city of Tilburg. A trip to the center (9m drive) can be easily made (great for shopping or eating out - check out the "Piushaven" - a small harbour ). If you feel like doing more quiet things then a short walk can be made in the small forest located across the street (200m). For longer walks the forest of Stadsbos 013 (5m drive) is recommended. The room is also very centrally located near the picturesque town Oisterwijk (19m drive) and Loon op zand where the Loonse and Drunense duinen are located (great to walk through/rent a bike - you can do that at "de rustende jager"). Famous amusement parks Efteling (9m drive) and Beekse bergen (19m) are also very close by!

We live around 30m away from the house in which our guests will exclusively stay. Guests can enter themselves using a pincode that will be provided upfront of the stay. If we are at home, upon entry we will only shortly introduce ourselves, also to explain the smart home system and use of the jacuzzi. Of course we will remain available afterward for any questions.
