Entire upper floor of house (renovated Spring 2015, and six new windows installed February 2017) includes bedroom, private bath, kitchenette, office, and balcony. Walk 5 blocks to beautiful sandy beach and boardwalk. Walk 2 blocks to train to Manhattan. Welcome to Long Beach! Enjoy!
Forgive the cliche, but it is about those three things: location, location, location! Come and explore this lovely seaside area as a complement to your exciting vacation to The Big Apple. Or…come to the beach and hang for a few days to escape from New York City.
Guests share the main entrance with the host. Guests have separate entry to their rooms upstairs. Your host reserves the right to entry at all times, but will totally be respectful to allow you to enjoy your visit. This space is available to non-smoking persons. There is no charge for parking. Parking is available on the street in front of my home. Please be aware that there are street cleaning rules in effect on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Definitely a little at the beginning. Also, I will be available throughout your stay to answer questions regarding directions, recommendations, public transportation…
Other things to note
This is a biggie: There are fans and ocean breezes, but my house does not have air conditioning. Please be fine with that before you book! OK? OK. When you make a reservation to stay, you are agreeing to not smoke anywhere on the property.
