Tíg 13 is a newly renovated house but still maintaining lots of traditional charm, the house is in the heart of Killarney town. This terraced house has two floors.
First floor consists of two bedrooms with super king-sized beds (which can be converted into twins on request), the main bathroom, also on the first floor has separate bath and shower.
Ground floor consists of a patio at the front entrance leading into Kitchen dining area, The Kitchen newly installed modern appliances including Hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The ground floor has a large living area at the centre of the house making it a quiet and relaxed space. To the rear of the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a king size bed. There is a shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The rear of the property also has step free access to private parking.

Tíg 13 is walking distance from both Killarney bus and train stations, and a 20-minute drive from Kerry Airport.
Killarney is home to Killarney National Park this is an expanse of rugged mountainous country. At the foot of these mountains nestle the world-famous lakes of Killarney. Here where the mountains sweep down to the lake shores, their lower slopes covered in woodlands, lies the 10,236 hectare (26,000 acres), Killarney National Park where you will find Torc Waterfall, Ross Castle and Muckross House Muckross Abbey and Gardens. The distinctive combination of mountains, lakes, woods, and waterfalls under ever changing skies gives the area a special scenic beauty. The National Park is accessible by Traditional Jaunting Cars, Bike (which can be hired in the town), Hike or by car.
Killarney is situated on The Ring of Kerry is a 179km circular route around the Iveragh Peninsula. It’s often a narrow, winding route that taking spectacular scenery of beaches lakes and mountains, this includes the McGillycuddy’s Reeks, the highest mountain Carrauntohill and mountain range in Ireland. The Ring of Kerry is home to part of The Wild Atlantic way spectactular coastline along the west of Ireland. Skellig Rock can also be seen along this route (accessible by boat from Portmagee). Private bus tours operate from killarney or if you’re feeling adventurous the ring of Kerry charity cycle takes place every year at the beginning of July (register to participate via website), if you drive the route please do so in anticlockwise direction.
The Dingle Peninsula or Corca Dhuibhne, stretches 30 miles (48 kilometres) into the Atlantic Ocean on the south-west coast on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. The peninsula is dominated by the range of mountains that form its spine, running from the Slieve Mish range to the Conor Pass and Mount Brandon, Ireland’s second highest peak. The magnificent coastline consists of steep sea-cliffs such as Slea Head, dramatic headlands broken by sandy beaches. The Blasket Islands lie to the west and the peninsula is dotted with lovely villages that each offer their own unique Sense of Place. Dingle can be reached via car or bus.
