Owner lives on property but works long hours and is very quiet , but only a phone call away if you need anything.

very quiet neighbourhood . All lots in the area are over an acre so very treed and private.
There is wildlife such as deer , and you can hear the frogs and crickets.
closest grocery store is about 15 mins away in Elmsdale.
East Hants Aquatic centre in Elmsdale 15 mins away if you have children and a
couple Golf courses for the adults and a big lake all within 15 min drive
There are fast food places and a couple restaurants all within 15 min drive as well , in Enfield and Elmsdale.

I live on the property not far from the trailer but i work long hours and am very quiet , I will never bother you I but am available when needed , just a phone call away . If you need extra pots or anything i have lots in the house. You cannot see my neighbors but i ask you show respect by keeping noise down when outside around the fire pit .
