Sally and Richard were wonderful hosts! Location was excellent just what we wanted for a couple of nights away. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a few days away to explore the South Downs. The fresh eggs, milk, bread and home made blackcurrant jam was a lovely touch. Thanks again!

Thank you to Sally and Richard for a lovely stay. The room was in a beautiful setting and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the eggs and toast on Saturday morning, and Richard's kind offer of a lift to pick up our car. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at Sally's studio flat and felt very welcome. The view from the room is stunning and is just like on the pictures. We had a really relaxing time and enjoyed having a long leisurely breakfast thanks to the delicious food provided (bread, jam, eggs, cereal). We are big walkers so we enjoyed being out in the countryside, walking across the fields, to the nearby pub and into Petworth to visit the shops. Sally and Richard were both really welcoming but they also gave us our space. Great hosts. We would stay there again.
