Self Check-in Private Entrance Casita with no added / hidden cleaning fee. Queen size bed, 42" TV, mini fridge, microwave and Kuerig coffee machine. Wall AC unit and ceiling fan for guest comfort. Private en-suite bathroom, closet & dresser. The casita has brand new carpet & pad and has been freshly painted.

I've been an Airbnb super host for 7+ years and try my very best to make sure the casita is clean and comfortable for all my guests. I welcome you to my home & your own private casita!

The space
The suite is heated and cooled by our home central unit, but has an additional wall mount AC unit for cooling and a ceiling fan for air circulation during our hot desert summers. A portable electric heater is also provided for additional guest comfort in the winter months.

There is a Queen Size bed with a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and box springs. An empty full size dresser is also in the bedroom for guest clothing and other personal items. Extra blankets, if needed are stored in a lower cabinet inside the casita bedroom and 2 extra pillows in the closet. The full size closet has sliding mirror doors.

The casita includes a single serve Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator & a serving/storage cabinet. Please note there is NO kitchen, stove top, oven or counter in the casita.

The bedrrom has a 42" flat screen TV with Spectrum Cable, round table and 2 chairs. There is USB charging outlets at the nightstand and the countertop next to the bed. High Speed WiFi internet access is also included.

The bathroom includes a mirrored medicine cabinet, pedestal sink, toilet and shower. Bath towels and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap are also supplied. Additional toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes if needed are also stored in a cabinet inside the casita bedroom.

An iron, ironing board, compact hair blow dryer clothes are stored in the closet. Also included in the closet are clothes hangers, portable luggage stand, and the portable heater. An additional full size air mattress with 120v powered internal air pump, sheets, blanket and 2 pillows are also stored in the back of the closet.

With these unprecedented Covid -19 times as per CDC guidelines, I have committed to Airbnb's 5-step Enhanced Cleaning Process for each reservation. I have also set out hand sanititizer, disinfectant wipes, antibacterial hand soap, paper towels and tissues throughout the casita for my guests. And I do not charge a cleaning fee for these extra steps.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac.

Our home is close to the I-10 freeway, Golf Center Parkway exit in Indio, CA.

We have a couple of nice community parks within walking distance (3-4 blocks) from our home. There is hiking trails (Indio Hills) within walking distance, approx. 1/2 mile from our home to the entrance. There is also free parking at the entrance, (corner of Golf Center Pkwy & Ave 42).

The Ciy of Indio Municiple Golf Course is also very close at 83-040 Ave 42. It has a 18 hole night lighted golf course and driving range driving range. The Golf Club atTerra Lago is another beautiful Indio golf couse and is a 36 hole course. It is very close as well, located at 84-000 Terra Lago Pkwy.

There is multiple large shopping centers within a mile or so at the next I-10 freeway exit at Jackson Street, with a Winco & Vallarta grocery stores.

AM/PM minimart and Arco gas station, 24hr pharmacy's (CVS & Walgreens), Starbucks, I-HOP & lots of other fast food restaurants are at the same I-10 / Jackson St. exit north.
To name a few, McDonalds, Panda Express, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Carl's Jr., Dunkin Doughnuts, Chipolte and many other locally owned dinning restaurants. None of these are within a short walking distance.

Super Walmart is a 2-3 miles away at Monroe St./Ave 42.

Fantasy Springs, Spotlight 29, and Agua Caliente Casino's are very close also, just a short drive away.

Joshua Tree National Park's south entrance, The Living Desert Zoo, Lake Cahilla Park, Salton Sea State Park, Cabazon Outlet Mall, El Paseo in Palm Desert & Palm Canyon Dr. in Palm Springs and the Palms Springs Arial Tramway are some local tourist attractions / shopping in our valley.
