Newly remodeled 600SF Condo in highly sought area 68 N Ave. A high rise 12th floor on (THE BEACH) overlooking the Golden mile. 1 B/R 1 bath with Blow dryer and Iron/board. A ocean corner. (All Brand new H/Air, 60"smart TV and King bed) the living/dining has Murphy Bed and a sofa sleeper. Full size kitchen granite tops, stainless appliances, range, microwave. Hugh bedroom W/ new king mattress. Indoor Parking lot, heated pools, 3 hot tubs, Lazy river, kiddie pool, Gym and Laundry onsite.

Heavenly to watch the beautiful skyline of all South Myrtle Beach from high-rise 12th floor the sunsets are amazing.
A 1 bedroom with close doors for private bedroom space. bedroom has a workplace. A full size kitchen and living room with full size pull out sofa and double size Murphy Bed.

68th ave highly sought after location the upper side near north Myrtle Beach.My home is located in a direct Oceanfront building containing 194 Condos units some are residential, and some are on a onsite RENTALS program . Breakfast is NOT included since I rent Independently through Airbnb. My cleaning fees are for after departure I do not have housekeeping provided for short term stays. If requesting to check in early My Housekeeper offer the cost is $50 to check in after 12PM and they must be booked in advance. Check out 11AM
The parking garage area if you are driving a compact or regular size car you need to park upper level or parking tickets may be on windshield.

Larger vehicles need to park on ground if available.
Since spaces on ground are limited. Several large spaces on upper levels.
We do not use onsite maintenance so if you have any problems with A/C, Internet room related issues please contact me Immediately.
