Our private third floor casita is perfect for your retreat or vacation. Small fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fan in bedroom, full bath and living/dining room with Mexican decor and view of the lake located across the street from Malecon. The new deck doubles the living space.

We love being able to ditch the car and walk everywhere. If you want to practice your Spanish, interact with friendly Mexicans, shop at the local markets, this is the neighborhood for you. There are many gems in Chapala: authentic Italian gelato, basketmakers, Cultural Center (lots of free classical music concerts and art openings) and delicious Mexican dining and eating seafood with a lake view. Cristiania Park is a block away and you can walk, jog, play tennis and watch birds and soccer games. There's a great gym around the corner and a fantastic outdoor pool at the Monte Carlo Hotel just up the road.
