Historic period rooms in the old part of the castle. The Castle is located in the historic village of Clonegal along the beautiful Slaney Valley. To the West it is bordered by the Blackstairs Mountains and to the East County Wicklow.
The space
If you are looking for somewhere to stay with a difference this is the place to come. Huntington has a small number of historic guest rooms, all with original period features such as four poster beds and oak panelling. Most rooms are en suite and each room has its own character and story to tell.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the castle and have breakfast in the conservatory or the old dining room. They will be able to wander around the historical gardens at their leisure and lounge in the beautiful tapestry room.
Other things to note
Please note: you get the amount of rooms in line with your booking - ie book for x2 people and you get one double room (or two singles)
book for x4 people and you get two doubles etc - if a date you want is blocked out on the calendar then email (especially if only for two people) us as sometimes we may still have a room or rooms available :)
